Payment Option Details:
After your confirmation we will send you a booking confirmation form, which has to be filled in and send back to us by fax or Email.
At this stage we will ask you a deposit of 50% of the total amount to be transferred to our bank account.
Upon arrival in Egypt ,we will ask you ,prior departure of the tour , the rest due, will be paid by cash to our representative who will meet you .

Include all taxes but not include the bank transfer taxes. so please make sure that you pay the transfer according to your bank regulations otherwise you will be subjected 10%transsfer charge upon arrival

5-Family Plan: (Max .1 child in the room of parents)

  • 1 Adult + 1 Child 0-11.99 years = Single room
  • 1 Adult + 2 Children 0-11.99 years = 1st child from 1 – 5.99 Years free of charge and 2nd child from 6 to 11.99 years, pays 50% from adults' rate.
  • 2 Adults + 1 Child 0-11.99 years = Double room
  • 2 Adults + 2 children 0-11.99 years = 2 Single rooms
Cancellation Policy
  • Full cancellation fees for the whole event rate if cancellation is received 30 days or less prior the check in date.
  • 50% cancellation fees off the whole event rate if cancellation is received from 60 to 31 days prior to check in date.
  • 15% cancellation fees of the whole event rate if cancellation is received from 90 to 61 days prior to check in date
